I teach Basic Yoga to all ages and all fitness levels.

Students are encouraged to bring their own mats, but some mats are available for use and also for sale.

Wear loose fitting clothes and try to not eat within 1 hour of class.

Please notify me of any medical considerations or contraindications as I am sensitive to accommodating comfort and relaxation.
